  • How do I set up a performance review process? We design a simple, fair framework tailored to your organization what to measure, how often to review, and templates managers can actually use then help you roll it out.
  • What is talent calibration? Talent calibration is a structured way for managers to assess potential, performance, and readiness consistently across a team, so decisions about development and promotion are based on evidence rather than instinct.
  • How do I manage an underperforming employee? We help you address it early and fairly clarifying expectations, documenting the gap, and, where needed, putting a performance improvement plan in place that gives the person a real chance to succeed while protecting your business.
  • What is a performance improvement plan (PIP)? A PIP is a documented, time-bound plan that spells out where performance needs to improve, what support is provided, and how progress will be measured. Done well, it's fair to the employee and defensible for the employer.
  • Can you train our managers to give better feedback? Yes. Coaching managers to handle feedback and difficult conversations is one of the highest-impact things we do.
  • How do you support a "coaching culture" of in-the-moment feedback? We build the structure and the skills together. Clear job descriptions set the foundation. Manager training gives leaders the confidence to coach and have honest conversations as they come up. Simple tools pulse check-ins, light documentation, calibration practices make ongoing feedback the norm rather than the exception. Performance becomes a daily practice, not an annual event.
  • Why are job descriptions so important to performance? A job description is the foundation every performance conversation should rest on. It defines what the job is, ensures the role is paid properly, helps people understand what's expected, makes development gaps easier to spot, and gives you something concrete to measure performance against. It's the most important HR document an organization writes.
