  • How do I build an onboarding process? We design a simple, repeatable onboarding program a first-week plan, the documentation and accounts to set up, and clear milestones so every new hire gets a consistent, welcoming start.
  • How do I terminate an employee in BC? Carefully and compliantly. We help you understand your obligations under the BC Employment Standards Act, prepare talking points and a termination letter, and handle final pay and Records of Employment correctly. For with-cause situations, we help you build a defensible record first.
  • What's required for final pay and a Record of Employment? BC has specific timelines for final pay (including vacation pay owing) and for issuing a Record of Employment. We make sure both are handled correctly and on time.
  • Do you handle exit interviews? Yes. Exit interviews are a valuable, often-missed source of insight. We can run them and feed what we learn back into your retention and culture work.
  • Can you help with a difficult termination? Yes, this is one of the most common reasons clients call. We help you handle it lawfully, calmly, and with as much dignity for everyone involved as the situation allows.
