Our employee engagement surveys are bespoke designed for your organization and always integrate proven engagement science, including the AON Hewitt engagement model and the Gallup Q12 indicators, so you're measuring against frameworks that have been tested at scale. The AON Hewitt model is grounded in three behaviours what people Say about the organization, whether they Stay, and whether they Strive to go beyond what's expected the outcomes that show up in your business when engagement is real. We go deeper through focus groups that explore the "why" behind the numbers, then deliver detailed reports and recommendations leaders can actually grapple with, help you get to meaningful action, and love to come back to see how things have moved. Engagement isn't a one-time tick in the box it's an organizational commitment over time, and we're here for the whole arc. For this work we also collaborate with Leslie Pearson of Miller Pearson Consulting, combining our HR expertise with specialized engagement and facilitation experience.

  • How do I measure employee engagement? We design a bespoke survey for your organization that integrates proven frameworks the AON Hewitt engagement model and Gallup's Q12 indicators so you're measuring against tested, credible science, not a generic template.
  • What is the Say, Stay, Strive engagement model? It's the framework underneath the AON Hewitt model we use in our surveys. Engaged employees speak positively about the organization (Say), want to remain part of it (Stay), and put in discretionary effort to help it succeed (Strive). Together, they're the behavioural outcomes of engagement the things that show up in your business when engagement is real, not just claimed.
  • What do you do with the survey results? A lot more than send them. We use focus groups to explore the "why" behind the numbers, deliver detailed reports and recommendations to your leadership team, help you build an action plan you can actually deliver, and come back later to measure how far you've moved.
  • How do I improve retention? Retention starts with understanding why people stay and why they leave.
