Merit Kitchens is seeking a skilled and collaborative Product Manager, Technical Operations, to join its Head Office team in Surrey, BC.

The Role:

  • Coordinate new product launches and support implementation readiness across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Design, Production, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure successful product execution.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities from manufacturing, operational, and process perspectives.
  • Maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and configuration data.
  • Support product setup, structures, bills of materials, and system configuration within ERP platforms.
  • Analyze operational data and cross-functional feedback to support product improvements and decision-making.
  • Assist in resolving product-related technical, manufacturability, and configuration issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product development and launch processes.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing, product support, or technical coordination role.
  • Experience working with ERP or product configuration systems, including 2020 Insight or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product structures, specifications, bills of materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating projects and priorities across multiple departments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Position: Full-time, permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience
