Bannister Cadillac Kelowna is seeking a skilled, motivated Automotive Service Technician to join its growing service team in Kelowna, BC.

The Role:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of automotive systems and components.
- Inspect vehicles and perform testing to identify faults and mechanical issues.
- Review work orders and collaborate with service advisors and supervisors to determine repair requirements.
- Perform maintenance services according to manufacturer standards and specifications.
- Repair or replace automotive parts and mechanical components as required.
- Conduct road tests and operational inspections to verify repairs and vehicle performance.
- Complete service documentation and repair records accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools, equipment, and dealership management systems to support efficient workflow.
The Requirements:
- Trades certificate or diploma in Automotive Service Technology.
- Red Seal endorsement is considered an asset.
- Three to five years of automotive service experience.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and electronic work order systems.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach.
Position: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $36.60 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience and certification
